About Us:

PAYG Childcare is dedicated to providing high-quality childcare services across the nation. We are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Au Pairs, offering a unique opportunity to live with a host family while providing valuable support in childcare

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing and attentive care for children in a family setting.
• Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, school drop-offs and pick-ups and bedtime.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including educational games, arts and crafts and outdoor play.
• Help with homework and educational tasks as needed.
• Communicate openly with parents about children’s activities and any concerns.
• Support the household with light household duties related to the children, such as laundry and meal prep.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children, either in a babysitting or childcare role.
• A genuine love for children and a passion for fostering their development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a family environment.
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus but not required.
